Strategi Pengembangan Objek Wisata Karacak Valley Berbasis Blue Ocean Strategy

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang menjadi suatu kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman objek wisata karacak valley merekomendasikan strategi pengembangan harus meningkatkan keberhasilan valley. menerapkan Analisis SWOT Blue Ocean Strategy, mengevaluasi kekuatan (strengths), kelemahan (weaknesses), (opportunities), (threats), diidentifikasi potensial dari dalam luar dimiliki wisata. Adapun penerapan Strategy bertujuan ruang pasar baru dimana para pesaing belum menerapkannya, mengimplementasikan permintaan sangat menguntungkan bagi menghasilkan bahwa Karacak Valley memiliki dua awal penentuan yaitu IFAS (internal factor analysis strategy) EFAS (eksternal strategy). Didapatkan posisi masuk kuadran I artinya perusahaan keuntungan peluang, sehingga aspek tersebut perlu dimanfaatkan. Pengimplementasian memfokuskan pada kebijakan pertumbuhan agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy). Hasil penelitian mendapatkan dapat mengembangkan agar keluar Red sajian kualitas wisata, kebersihan lingkungan, pelayanan, keamanan, akses mudah dijangkau. Strategi lainnya (divergensi) melangkah lebih jauh dibandingkan melakukan inovasi. Inovasi dihasilkan diantaranya menciptakan wahana permainan, membuat website sistem informasi, promosi menarik di media sosial, glamping ground, jawaban mampu perkembangan
